Sona Sauna is a wood-fired beach sauna overlooking Ventry Bay (Cuan Fionntrá), just outside Dingle on the Wild Atlantic Way.
Set on the shore at Ceann Trá, we run 45-minute sauna sessions throughout the year, combining proper wood-fired heat with the cold Atlantic Ocean just a few steps away for anyone brave enough to cool off.
Come on your own, bring a few friends, or book one of our special sessions. No experience needed, just bring your swimsuit, a towel and something to drink.

Our sauna sessions are 45 minutes.

We like to keep our sauna around the 90 degrees celcius mark (194 Fahrenheit)

Unfortunately we do not provide towels.

Ceann Trá (Ventry) beach is a Blue Flag beach destination. This means it has the highest quality of bathing water in the world.

Our sessions are 15 euro per person for 45 minutes.

We have a large general changing area with benches and hooks. We also have a changing room for more privacy if needed.
